Fashion Cleaners leading way for Procter & Gamble

Procter & Gamble, a well known large company is trying to become a big leaguer in dry cleaning. Where others have failed they feel that with the brand power of Tide® it will make it an easy success! Who wouldn’t want their dry cleaning coming back to them smelling like Tide® detergent? Well actually, a lot of people, people who are allergic to odors and perfumes certainly wouldn’t want anything to do with a scent. Besides infusing their dry cleaning with the somewhat luscious sent of Tide they are also going to be a GreenEarth® cleaner.
Wait a minute aren’t we a GreenEarth Cleaner as well? Absolutely we are we’ve been one for over a year now. We were the first to bring it to Omaha actually the very first to bring it to the state! Along with their infused scent, and green cleaning, Proctor & Gamble Tide stores will have drive-through service & 24 hr pick up with automated service. Well that certainly isn’t new by our standards Fashion Cleaners has had drive- through service for years. But we go a step further, we deliver. So it doesn’t matter how late we are open, we pic- up and deliver to our customers for FREE before 6 pm. So who cares?
And I don’t know about you but I really don’t want another automated service especially when it comes to my clothes. If something were ever to go wrong with your clothes you know you can talk to us immediately. Another way we stand apart, we have bar code technology, which means that we are less likely to lose our customers garments. We’ve had bar coding for years, it isn’t new to us or the industry but it is important because we can track your clothes at every stage; reducing the likelihood that we will ever lose a garment. Their automated service won’t even be able to listen to the customer if something is missing let alone file a claim.
In all actuality Proctor & Gamble haven’t mentioned anything new that Fashion Cleaners hasn’t been doing for years. You know what they say; imitation is the most sincere forms of flattery. Fashion Cleaners will gladly let Proctor & Gamble try and copy our ways of doing things. We just wanted to let our customers know that you aren’t missing anything with Fashion Cleaners; we bring you “Large Company “innovations with local small company service.
(Side note: So far there are no Tide stores coming to Omaha).
