Fashion Cleaners is expanding and has an opening for a Route Delivery Driver!
Description: To maintain the standard of timely delivery of garment to and from plants to designated home delivery location. To provide an accurate account of the delivery inventory needs at each delivery location on a daily basis. This position is commission based and no cap for commission earnings; sales experience is helpful.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scan all garments to designated locations
- Ensure an accurate delivery of clothing to the designated location
- ensure that all bags of clothing in need of cleaning are picked up and delivered to the designated plant on a timely basis
- Follow all scheduled maintenance on van
- Maintain a clean and organized van
- Print manifest on daily basis
- Review overdue reports to make sure customers have received all orders
- Inform production managers of any issues of special customer requests
- Ability to maintain customers but also work on gaining new customers
- Work as needed
- Maintain a professional level at all times
- Maintain high level of quality of work
- Follow State and company laws for driving
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License
- No driving violations in the past 3 years
- Sales experience is helpful
