It still hangs in your closet because for one reason or another, you just feel guilty at the thought of throwing it away. Here’s how to turn that burdensome feeling into one much more fulfilling. Clothing that didn’t make your top 10 in either season are good candidates for the Career Closet. This YWCA program provides good clothing to women who are entering (or re-entering) the workforce, but face obstacles in their search for a better life. The Closet supplies them with new business attire for their interviews and first few weeks on the job, until they can make their own way.

As a Fashion Cleaner customer, you can help them make that transition by bringing your gently used and fashionably current clothing to any of our convenient locations. We will clean the outfits, free of charge, and deliver them to the YWCA Career Closet. If you are a home delivery customer, simply set your tax-deductible donation aside with a note for your driver.
